To use the Quantum AI platform, you must:

  • Be legally permitted to engage in financial trading activities under South African law

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Services Provided

Quantum AI provides access to AI-assisted analytical tools and trading infrastructure covering cryptocurrency, Forex, CFDs, and stock markets.

Brokerage execution services are provided through third-party financial institutions that are licensed and regulated in their respective jurisdictions.

Trading outcomes are not guaranteed. Financial markets involve risk, and performance may vary depending on market conditions and user decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal and financial information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and login details

  • Use the Quantum AI platform lawfully and refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • A minimum initial deposit may apply and will be communicated during registration

  • Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks

  • Processing times and applicable fees may vary depending on payment method and service provider

Quantum AI does not control third-party processing delays.

5. Risk Disclosure

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Failure to comply with regulatory or verification requirements
